Aurora
Aurora Aksnes is a Norwegian Singer and Songwriter. Born in Stavanger on June 15th, 1996 and professionally known as Aurora. The name of her can also be stylized as AURORA. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves was released through the record label Decca Records in May 2015 and received a lot of praise from music bloggers and the media. She has recorded several high-profile covers, such as Half the World Away (by the band Oasis) to accompany John Lewis' Christmas advert as well as Nature Boy (by Nat King Cole), which were widely appreciated. Katy Perry posted a video where she was announcing her endorsement of Runaway. The endorsement earned her some recognition. Enjoy her day. Aurora Aksnes' earliest memory of music is when she discovered a grand piano that was in the attic. The piano was fascinating to her its capabilities. Jan Oystein Aksnes' parents May Britt Aksnes urged her to pursue music for the sake of personal development, and not as a way of earning money or to pursue to pursue an interest. In the end, she began to write the music she composed herself. She credits renowned composers Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan for inspiration, as well as an appreciation for the style of Bjork. The singer decided to perform her songs publicly when her mother said they can help other people, not gain acclaim for her work, but instead help people see around them realize their importance and the ways they could impact the world. The mother of her child suggested that she perform her songs publicly to help people realize the importance of their work and how they impact the world. Her family didn't have any idea until she was fourteen. Aurora isn't something she imagined as a child. Her only passion is writing music. Music to her is the most effective method of feeling anything.
